The preparation

• Peel and cut-up the ginger into sticks. Slice up the lemons into rings. Simmer 10 cl of water with the sugar, lemons and ginger for 10 minutes.
• During this time, cut the bananas in slices, chop up the mango and pineapple.
• Mix together the fruits, orange juice, rum, syrup, vanilla bean split in half and let marinate 15 minutes.
• Pepper and brown on low heat in a frying-pan for 10 minutes.
