The preparation
Peel the king prawns. Peel and chop up garlic.
Melt half the butter in a pan, brown the king prawns with garlic on low heat, 1 minute on each side. Salt, pepper, let cool down.
Melt the other half of the butter and toast the bread cut-up in cubes to obtain golden brown croutons.
Put the spinach leaves and washed and dried lettuce in a salad bowl, add the deseeded and minced chili pepper, the finely chopped onion and the tomatoes cut in half.
Season with lemon juice, a dash of olive oil, salt, pepper.
Finish off with the king prawns and warm croutons. Serve immediately.
