The preparation

Peel and cut-up the ginger into sticks. Slice up the lemons into rings. Simmer 10 cl of water with the sugar, lemons and ginger for 10 minutes.
During this time, cut the bananas in slices, chop up the mango and pineapple.
Mix together the fruits, orange juice, rum, syrup, vanilla bean split in half and let marinate 15 minutes.
Pepper and brown on low heat in a frying-pan for 10 minutes.
