The preparation
Cut up the chicken breasts in large pieces.
In a oven-friendly dish, mix the yogurts with the finely-chopped onion, desprouted and minced garlic , grated ginger, spices and oil. Lightly salt and pepper. Lay the pieces of chicken in the dish and coat with marinade.
Cover with cling film and let marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Preheat over to 230°C (th.7/8), put the dish at mid-height. Cook 10 minutes, regularly turn the chicken. Serve immediately after removing from oven with basmati rice.
