It has a pale pink colour which sometimes adopts raspberry-like glints or salmon-pink nuances.

Nose

A fresh and fruity nose reveals aromas of small red fruits.

Palate

The palate is daintily fruity with a crispy and fresh structure.
This wine is best when served chilled between 8 and 10°C.

This crispy and fresh wine is ideal for simple and light meals to brighten up warm days.

Pairing it

Pinot Noir rosé feels totally at home in the garden especially during summer days, enjoying the sizzling of delicious chops on the grill, eagerly awaiting to enhance the assortment of thrown-together skewered meats.

Dry and elegantly fruity, it’s also a great partner for salads and crudités or with stuffed vegetables. 

It’s lovely when served as an aperitif.

I am a wine made for warm days when tables are set outside in the gardens while ice-cubes clink happily away with the crackling embers.

I am a summer breeze which is much appreciated. I love the jubilation of bright colours, the seaside calm, the crunching of vegetables and the simplicity of the here and now.

    The leaf is of average size, orbicular, dark green, thick and slightly bullate with average pointy teeth.

    Small, spherical or slightly oval-shaped, it is bluish black or dark purple. It has a delicate skin rich in colouring compounds.
